The MUNDU conference is coming back. This time it will be in our home Hamburg, the most beautiful city of Germany.

Welcome to the city between the Elbe and Alster rivers. Located in a converted water tower in the middle of a park, the Mövenpick Hotel Hamburg has become one of the best-known landmarks of the second largest port city in Europe, which is in itself a treasure house of sights and activities. This time we decided that our third conference should take place in Hamburg.The nicest city in our home Germany. It has asize of over 755 sqkm and a population of 1.8million people. Because it’s located at thenorth of Europe, there are four seasons ayear with temperatures from 3C/37F in the winter to 22C/72F in summer. Because it’sclose to the water, it’s often windy and rainyin Hamburg.
Hamburg has one of Europe’s busiest ports. Because of that, the city is often referred toas the ‘gateway to the world’.
Another interesting area of the city is the‘Speicherstadt’, a large complex of traditionalbrick warehouses which are built on 3.5million oak posts and are intersected bynarrow waterways.
Just next to it is the famous ‘Elbphilharmonie’,a concert hall out of glass which was built ontop of an old brick warehouse from the1960s. It features restaurants, bars, shops anda hotel as well.
