The MUNDU conference is coming back. This time it will be in Bali, one of the most beautiful islands on the globe!
For this conference we chose the stunning Ritz-Carlton Hotel, which is one of the most luxurious five star resorts in Bali. It is located at the beachfront of Nusa Dua which has crystal clear, azure blue water and white sand.
The Ritz offers different suites and villas. The suites are at least 100 sqm in size and feature WIFI access, contemporary balinese interior design, private balconies or terraces, marble bathrooms with separate rain showers & bathtubs, twice daily housekeeping, evening turndown service, in-room safes, coffee & tea making facilities, fully stocked mini bars, 24hr in room dining, flat screen tvs in the bathroom & living room, walk in closets, dvd players and radios.
The villas feature private pools, outdoor showers, kitchenettes, separate living & bedrooms, butler service, option for floating breakfasts and much more additionally. It features some business services too, like piriting & copy service, secretarial service, overnight delivery/pickup, postal/parcel service, business center onside, fax service and translation in select languages. If you are a food lover you can experience different cuisines at one of the 6 restaurants.
The Ritz Carlton offers some Spa & Wellness too. You can enjoy a Hydro-Vital Pool, yoga hours, skin treatments, massages & more. For the 1:1 meetings we booked one of the hotels’ largest ballrooms. The transit time from the airport to the hotel is about 30-40 minutes.
The landscape of Bali is dominated by mountains. The island has three vulcanoes actually. The beaches in their area have black volcanic sand which is a stark contrast to the usual white one.
Bali is also one of the few places, where authentic Kopi Luwak Coffee can be bought. This kind of coffee is one of the most expensive ones in the world.

The registration will take place in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton. You’ll be given your welcome bag, as well as a drink to welcome you.
The come together event will be held directly at the beach. You can look forward to drinks, beverages and some live music.
For the 1:1 meetings we reserved one of the largest ballrooms of the hotel. These meetings are the perfect opportunity to make new friends, talk about previous transports exploring new territory with old friends and expand your business.
The Beach Club Event will be at the “Savaya Bali” Club. You can enjoy free drinks and food at a beautiful beach atmosphere. We will have a shuttle service that will bring you to the beach club and afterwards back to the hotel.

With our outdoor Gala Dinner we will bring our second conference to an end. A selection of finest international food is waiting for you!
